The members of the school staff are constantly involved in an ongoing programme of training and development which includes in-house programmes and sessions conducted by visiting faculty. These training sessions mainly help the faculty develop their skills and abilities related to building and working in effective and productive teams, developing better classroom control and management, and motivating students.

These in-service training approaches also focus on attitudinal issues which help clarify vital concepts such as desirable teacher-student relationships, attitude of service in the work of teachers, aims and objective of education, etc. At an altogether different level, teachers routinely participate in subject-specific in-service training programmes organized by the CISCE at its Kolkata and Gurgaon centers helping them to constantly improve their teaching skills.
