Mr. Farhang Azar

RiverDale International School is promoted by a group of reputed individuals who have demonstrated a strong commitment to the cause of quality education in India.The Board retains an unremitting devotion to the institution and is actively involved in its management and administration on a day-to-day basis. The Board of Governors is headed by Mr. Farhang Azar, the Founder, whose vision to provide an all-round, balanced education in an environment of familial warmth & affection is the source and stimulus for the school’s establishment.

Mr. Akhilesh Bhargava

The Chairman of the Board is Mr. Akhilesh Bhargava, a Chartered Accountant and Economist who is also an international consultant in his field. He brings his professional perspectives and devotion to education in his role as Chairman of the Board.

Dr. Vasudevan Nair

Our former Principal, Dr. Vasudevan Nair, is now a Trustee of the school. Dr. Nair was trained as a secondary school teacher in the United Kingdom and worked in Malaysia, Thailand and Seychelles Islands as a teacher. He obtained a Masters and Doctorate in Education from the University of Massachusetts (1978). Dr. Nair has been the Principal of New Era High School in Panchgani for nearly 17 years, and was our Founding Principal.

Professor N.W. Shivdasani

Professor N.W. Shivdasani, Principal of Jai Hind College, Mumbai is a Trustee on the Board with decades of professional expertise in educational planning and administration.
