Student Mentoring

The Mentoring Program at RiverDale seeks to establish and maintain warm relationships between students and designated staff who serve as their mentors. A mentor is assigned a small number of students who offers them support, guidance, and assistance as and when required, particularly when they join the school for the first time. Mentors play a crucial role in RiverDale even as they offer intellectual and emotional support and personal care to the children assigned to them, and constantly motivate them to achieve greater heights of excellence.

In short, the student mentoring program offers the students who need it most. All new students are assigned mentors who help them settle down quickly at school. These mentors regularly interact with their assigned mentee students, helping them fund their way in their new environs, and offering them the additional emotional support that students often require when making the transition from home to boarding school.
