Student Mentoring

The school's Mentoring Program seeks to establish and maintain warm relationships between students and designated staff who serve as their mentors. A mentor is assigned a small number of students who offers them support, guidance, and assistance as and when required, particularly when they arrive at the school for the first time. Mentors play a crucial role in RiverDale even as they offer intellectual and emotional support and personal care to the children assigned to them, and constantly motivate them to achieve greater heights of excellence.

In short, the school's mentoring program offers the students a highly effective additional support system that complements the work and relationships of students with their teachers and dorm parents.
