Weekend activities are intended to keep students productively engaged during the weekends. These skill-based activities are mainly held on Saturdays, with some spilling over to Sundays as well and include: aero-modelling, art and craft, baking, cooking, dancing, karate, music, robotics, rock-band, table-tennis, and wave-boarding. New activities are introduced as and when circumstances permit. These activities are optional and students may choose the activity of their choice. A nominal amount is charged for participation in these activities against payment to the activity faculty and other related expenses.
Some of these activities, such as aero-modelling and robotics lend themselves to correlation with related concepts that students study in subjects such as Math, Physics and Chemistry.
