We at RiverDale are keen to work with qualified, experienced and motivated staff who enjoy working with children and have what it takes to work in a boarding school for helping shape the minds and hearts of the 21st century learners by developing their cognitive skills and imbibing in them the necessary attitudes and values.

Candidates who have excellent command over the English language, having at least five years of teaching experience in reputed residential schools can find an outstanding career opportunity with us. Preference will be given to applicants who have worked in ICSE schools.

A variety of staff requirements come up at RiverDale from time to time for which candidates can apply. These include all teaching subjects at the Elementary up to Junior College sections. Teachers of subjects in the Science and Streams for grades 9 to 12 may also apply. Apart from teaching positions, vacancies occasionally open up for dorm-parents and sports staff. Individuals with experience in soft-skills training, literary enrichment, and running basic vocational programmes may also apply.

All positions except those that are part-time in nature are residential in nature and the staff concerned need to reside in the school campus.
