FOOD AT RIS

RiverDale School follows the best practices and facilities required for ensuring good health and wellbeing of our staff and students. Balanced, nutritious and delicious meals are served three times a day with ample snacks in between at frequent intervals.

A spacious, well lit and air conditioned dining hall guarantees that students are comfortable while eating. We are lucky to have a loyal team of chefs and cooking staff that have adapted their style according to the requirements of children over the years. Non-Vegetarian meals like chicken, mutton, fish (any one) and eggs are served daily with the exception of Thursday. Seasonal fruits are served with lunch depending on availability. Besides, students also enjoy ice cream on a weekly basis. A portion of sweet dish also regularly finds its way into the menu. Separate preparation and counters for serving of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food ensures everyone’s customs are respected. Juice and snacks are served during recess break as well as after evening sports. Milk is provided after dinner in dormitories. Students appearing for board examinations are given cup noodles while studying at night and fruits during the exam to keep them active.
